A Trio of Scottish Salmon
A combination of Gravadlax, poached and smoked salmon served on a crisp leaf salad with a lemon and dill dressing

Stuffed Field Mushroom
A field mushroom stuffed with creamed leeks and garlic with a herb crumbled topping, drizzled with a basil vinaigrette

Cream of Tomato and Basil Soup
Traditional style Italian vine tomato, basil and cream soup, garnished with croutons served either hot or cold

MAIN COURSE
Roasted Lamb Shank
An individual lamb shank served on a bed of honey roasted root vegetables with boulangere potatoes and a rosemary jus

Pan Fried Pork Fillet
Fillet of pork wrapped in Parma ham served with fondant potatoes and a creamy sage and mustard sauce

Free Range Chicken Breast
Stuffed with sun dried tomatoes and tallegio cheese served with a thyme jus, steamed asparagus and dauphinoise potatoes

DESSERT
Bitter Chocolate Torte
With a selection of summer berries and served with vanilla cream
