Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing the facilities of Bradenham Manor. We strive to provide a personal and professional service for all your needs. Our Customer Liaison team will be pleased to discuss your individual requirements.
1) To secure your booking
To secure your booking and ensure we have the correct information for your event, please return a signed copy of your contract within 7 days of receipt or alternatively the space will be released.

2) Charges
* All prices are estimated and exclusive of vat
* To these estimated prices will be added any incidental expenses incurred whilst at Bradenham.
* An additional charge per hour per delegate is payable for a day conference room after 18:00.

3) Meeting room allocation
We reserve the right to allocate training and conference rooms depending upon final numbers of delegates and content of course.

4) Booking requirements
Your contracted requirements should be submitted 21 days before the course for 24 Hour bookings and 7 days for Day bookings. These figures, plus any additions will be used to calculate your final invoice. The contracted requirements may be amended in writing up to 21 days before the course for 24 Hour bookings and 7 days for Day bookings, without incurring charges.

5) Cancellation charges
In conjunction with 4) a time based cancellation charge will be calculated as follows:
24 Hour bookings Day bookings
More than 42 days before Nil
Between 41 and 22 days before 50% 25%
Between 21 and 8 days before 100% 50%
Up to 7 days before the event 100% 100%
A reduction of more than 20% of contracted requirement will be charged pro rata on the above basis.

6) Additional expenses
Any residential expenses caused as a result of cancellation of special sub-contracted services particular to the event will be added.

7) Damage
Damage to a room, furnishings and/or equipment, as result of a customer's neglect, will result in a remedial charge.

8) Equipment
The client is responsible for any equipment brought on site. All equipment must be safe, in good working order and adequately insured. A copy of your insurance documentation is to be made available on request.

9) Use of grounds
Any outdoor or indoor team building or other similar activities require the authorisation of the Management when booking and insurance liability and health and safety documentation will be required.

10) Liability
The Management accepts no liability for loss or damage to equipment and personal belongings that are brought on site at your own risk. Keys to training rooms are available at Reception.

11) Deposits
We reserve the right to charge a deposit.

12) Invoicing and payment
Payment is due on receipt of invoice.
